Delivery and returns
Umbrella, scarf and pocket square orders will be processed within two business days. Prints and apparel orders will be processed within 5 business days.
David David insures your purchase until delivery. In the unlikely event of damage, we ask you to please provide photographs of the damaged item and the packaging within 3 days of receipt (E: email@example.com).
Free by Royal Mail or Hermes, typically 3 working days.
Small parcels £5.75 by Royal Mail International Standard, typically 3-5 working days.
Large parcels £10.00 by Parcelforce Worldwide or Hermes International, typically 5-8 working days.
Small parcels £8.00 by Royal Mail International Standard, typically 5-8 working days.
Large parcels £15.00 by Parcelforce Worldwide, Hermes International or USPS, typically 5-8 working days.
VAT and duties
Customers outside the EU are exempt from UK value added tax (20%), and VAT will be deducted at checkout.
Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any taxes, duties or import fees that may be charged when a package reaches its destination country. Orders shipped outside the EU are done so on a DDU basis (delivered duty unpaid). Therefore, you are liable for any import duties and or local taxes that may be incurred.
If you are not completely satisfied with any items purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Please return unwanted or incorrect items in perfect, resalable condition, including the original packaging for a full refund or exchange. You will be liable for the cost and risk of returning the item. We recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate from the Post Office or courier.
Please note that bespoke or personalised items and gift vouchers can only be returned if they are damaged or faulty.
To return items, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Returns Number which must be included with your return. Please package your items carefully and send them to us at the following address:

This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.
We regret that we cannot accept international returns unless items are damaged or faulty.

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase.
Order cancellations must be made in writing to Customer Services at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us first.
